You wait for the envelope, and then decide whether to appeal.  You may only appeal finally adjuticated deicisions, not remands.  Yes you can appeal an "award", disputing the disability percentage or effective date(s).

Was told by Peggy toll free 1000 last week, that my claim or case is at the RO waiting on someone to sign off ,She said your in step 5 going into step 6 . I'm thinking retro or Rating too.
