In 2013 I filed for PTSD and MST in 2015 I was denied I have been seeing the VA doctors since 2009 and recently was pulled to the side by a PTSD Administration coordinator who told me why wasn't I being compensated for PTSD took me into her office and submitted a supplemental for PTSD that was in December 2019 in March 2020 the VA awarded me 70% for my PTSD however they say my back pay will be from December when the supplement was filed my question is shouldn't they be back paying me from 2013 when I applied for compensation for the PTSD?
