Excuse me  thats the BVA Offices  that are closing ,

Regional offices will remain open, but will no longer accept walk-ins for claims assistance, scheduled appointments, counseling and other in-person services. This decision protects our older Veterans and those with underlying conditions as well as our employees.

OK, in a perfect world this means all those adjudicators/raters that handle all the phone calls will have to start processing more claims.  My thinking is since they do not have to answer the phone they can get back to processing claims right?
