Lost Civilian Records

OK, like a lot of veterans, I worked for the federal government as a civilian. I am trying to locate my Civilian Personnel Records which have documentation of some of my disabilities on appeal.  Does anyone have any contact information on OSAO (M&RA)?  I recently found out that my records were transferred here and now I am trying to get information of this agency or place.

These records are not military records and as stated in OP (Original post) they were transferred from the civilian side to OSAO (M&RA)?  I have no idea why they were transferred other than maybe an investigation/security clearance.

Yes, I agree but due to the fact that I was going to work with a lot of checks and huge amounts of cash money. I had to go through a thorough background investigation check.
