That is a good question_ I don't know the answer- but believe it would be part of the disability recoupment at this point.

This link has the requirements for dependent parents and SC  comp for them.

If you apply for them as your dependents, if they are now your dependents , maybe that would bring a faster end to the recoupment amount....hard to say-

and maybe the recoupment might even  be settled by time the VA even works on the dependency claim.

It has the parental dependency requirements  a ways down the pages and even has a pop up Chat- maybe you could ask them your question at their site.

Probably not.  Go ahead and add your parents.  

The amount subtracted for seperation probably wont be affected by your adding dependents.  

What did you agree to?  Did they send you a letter, stating what would be deducted from seperation pay?
