Question

Well after a hard fight it show up in the system.

Things I found out there no more numbers to direct bva. 1800 are handling the calls.

Supviser who call me stated this try 8387 number DNT work.

Like I thought it shouldn't have took this long to get anything about a cavc remand.

va.gov show Feb 22. Its apr smh lol  and now it show waiting to go to judge.

You can't just write the 90 day waiver any more.

You have to fax the sheet to bva that come with the 90 day letter. It also cover the waiver to aoj all in one. New to me.

My cases will be moving  now I fax over  the chief judge decision expidate my mandate in my cavc  cases to the bva. 7 day ago.

Next thing supervisor call

Next thing I got  the 90 day letter. I fax it off yesterday and was told today they see it in there system.

I will be checking that it moving Friday lol

I stated all this because I be venting.

And I believe It may help somebody

An to show don't just sit around think there doing your case.

If it's been a yr on cavc remand or bva

I will start sending the notice that you will be file a writ to us Court

Every 30 days get to 90 do it. At the least it will make them move your cases.

Let me stop 😂 I get work up when they play these games

Is a lawyer representing before CAVC?  I filed a CUE some time ago and from beginning to final denial at the CAVC it took almost 7 years and I had a lawyer representing me all the way.  My CUE went to the CAVC and then was remanded back to the BVA.  This was due to simple and obvious errors made by the VA.  This added a year to a very long haul.  Finally, after a so-called fair hearing before those judges I lost.  Most disappointing and disconcerting. I tried to get into court but was denied there as well.  I found the entire process to be so corrupt, rigged and biased I would probably never do it again, but hope springs eternal.  Just relax and realize what you are dealing with so if disappointment comes you don't get too upset.  It is possible to win these things but the more money involved the less likely you are to win IMO.

Yea I been through this before.

No lawyer I was pro se at the court and got it remand.

My thing is bva has to address my issue now and give valid reason and bases on my issues.

That all I can ask for and hope it gets granted. So no I don't set myself up for the down fall. Lol
