0 Berta Posted June 28, 2021 Share Posted June 28, 2021 If you filed the supplemental claim with the evidence from SSDI maybe that will resolve it- maybe that is what your lawyer would say-I dont know----- but if it were me I would file the CUE yesterday! What I mean is ,I am an aggressive Cuerino-and have had awards three weeks after filing a few of my CUE claims. A legal error can prohibit a claim to a proper conclusion. My SMC CUE took so long I even doubted a few times if it really was a CUE. It was awarded when a different VARO handled my issues due to Nehmer. My VARO is not very literate. GRADUATE !
