Question

Thanks Berta I'll get right on the information you provided me. Should I have my lawyer file the cue now or wait to see how my supplemental claim is resolved?

If you filed the supplemental claim with the evidence from SSDI maybe that will resolve it- maybe that is what your lawyer would say-I dont know-----

but if it were me I would file the CUE yesterday!

What I mean is ,I am an aggressive Cuerino-and have had awards three weeks after filing a few of my CUE claims.

A legal error can prohibit a claim to a proper conclusion.

My SMC CUE took so long I even doubted a few times if it really was a CUE.

It was awarded when a different VARO handled my issues due to Nehmer.

My VARO is not very literate.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
