Berta Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 Sounds like the VA actually did a thorough review of your evidence- this is GREAT News- Sounds like the MIL did too- WONDERFUL. CRSC was screwed up from the git go some time ago- vets were being denied with no legal basis- the mil came a long way on all this- CDRP seems to be going a little smoother these days for vets- I prepared a legal brief years ago as Amicus Curiae on this whole matter of CRSC and CRDP-for some lawyer who was representing vets on all this- everytime I see a vet getting their proper CRDP or CRSC award I feel like the time this legal brief took me to do - a very small part of the enormous input from affected retirees----was not wasted------ Fabulous news!
