C&P Exam Delivery Options

Rate this question

Spaz71

Question

I am experiencing (last 10 days) absolutely no correspondence to my apartment mailbox for letters from, DFAS, VA Medical Center here local and something from Veterans Affairs Claim Intake Center.

I have Informed Delivery which allows me to see some of my mail and the above mentioned addressees all have sent mail from last week. My postal service person is completely obtuse when I spoke with them and my wife is like a bull dog now trying to get to the bottom  of things. That being said, is there any other way/mechanism to view the actual C&P exam date, time, location somewhere else??

Do you know the provider (the company- QTC, VES, etc)? If so you can usually just call them. they have a ph number on their respective websites for veterans to call about stuff like that.

I can/do check my appointments 2 ways:

1.  Go to the VAMC and go to the Green desk and ask them to print my appointments.  (or other places at va).

2.  Go to my health e vet.  (You have to have a "premium" account, which has to be verified by VA).  The libriarian at my VAMC is where you get an in person authentication but that may have changed.

Like they said.  The VA also regularly and frequently send me email notices of future medical and dental appointments plus on my MyHealthvet webpage there is a section titled VA appointments.

In order to have premium account with MyHealthvet you must go to nearest VA medical center or community VA clinic and register by showing them a legal ID with your photo such as drivers license, etc.

My comment/opinion is not legal advice as I am not a lawyer, paralegal or VSO.combinededitedcroppedperkins507thDustoffmedevacUH-1Hrescuehoist.jpg.7c3053794369e014e2ea83de19f3fbaf.jpg

The MyVA phone app (or whatever it's called) is handy, too, since I don't have to go downstairs to my computer to get on MyHealthVet. I didn't think of the app or MHV, though, its been so long since I've had a C&P I couldn't remember if they ever showed up on those. Thanks for putting out that suggestion, y'all.
