0 Moderator broncovet Posted May 13 Moderator Share Posted May 13 Welcome to hadit! Short answer: Since we dont know if your issue has been docketed, or is "with judge", or you just appealed, we cant give you a good answer. Longer answer: If you are "with judge" it could happen in days, or even today, but if you just applied, without an advance on the docket it could take 3 or 4 years. We also dont know if you have asked for or received an "advance on the docket". From the time you first filed a NOD, assuming you did your part, its been taking 3 to 4 years. But, you can check your VBMS (if you have a representative with VBMS access) to get a better answer. If you have already done all the parts you need to do, then it could happen in days. If you have already had a hearing, that makes a difference also. You can also look on the BVA Chairmans report, to see the average times, but we can only guess if we dont know what appeal stage you are in. https://www.bva.va.gov/Chairman_Annual_Rpts.asp Click on year 2022 (the most recent available) and scoll to statistics page, where it gives average wait times. We may be able to narrow it down for you if we know exactly where you are in the process. Good luck to you.
0 Moderator brokensoldier244th Posted May 13 Moderator Share Posted May 13 What are you appealing? Certain COD's are barred regardless of law changes unless you have had your discharge overturned by the Discharge Review board, that isn't VA. The Earth is degenerating these days. Bribery and corruption abound.Children no longer mind their parents, every man wants to write a book, and it is evident that the end of the world is fast approaching. --17 different possible sources, all lacking verifiable attribution.
