I personally talked to the following co-sponsor, he kept his word...There are a some more.... we'll see. The harder ones will be in the senate. But contact all, many email addresses have changed, but the people answering the phone are polite and giving the updated one. 9th Co-Sponsor....many to go...... Rep. M.
