GuaymasJim
There is a $25 fee for the plate, but all the other fees are waived. The 100% can be schedular or TDUI. The letter you can print out on eBenefits for the commissary privileges and DD 214/215 are all you need. If you buy from an agency or used lot, make sure you take these with you or you will be charged full fees. Nice benefit!
BakerGeckos
I personally think all 50% and above vets or vets with perminate state issued handicap plaques should get them but still many states don't see it my way, most are 100% and as in my state 100% p&t or smc k award.... halos2
Missouri does same too! Free 1 set to 100% and TDIU. But you have to get a new tag every year? Just need to drive there for it. Strange but that's the way they do it!
Notorious Kelly
Good point Jim! Kudos to Arizona and other states who offer breaks to vets - here in Montana my plates were around $30. Thanks to Military.com for this list of state bennies: http://www.military.com/benefits/veteran-state-benefits/state-veterans-benefits-directory.html
