Question

Called the VA toll free help line today.

I told the rep the record shows I filed new claims for rhinitis, and acne.

I mentioned that I haven't filed new claims for these disabilities.

I stated that I'm already rated at 30% (max) for one, and ten percent for the other, and have not disputed either.

The rep checked the record and stated there was no record of my submitting new claims on that date for those conditions, and that he didn't understand why the VARO would do that.

He sent a message to the VARO.

I was told the rater will phone me within 15 business days.

This error will delay my claim(9/2/2016) for ankle conditions, as the VARO piggy-backed this garbage onto my fully developed claim.

Informed my attorney about this matter, and he said, "Let it ride."

I wanted the mistake brought to the VA's attention asap, hence the phone call.

I'm thinking about submitting a CUE, and firing the attorney.

Your @ 70% SC and you have an Attorney? Could you post a break down of your SC's and a Time-line.

The Ankel condition is? What SC % do you expect?

Is the attorney Reping you on an appeal of your 70% SC issue/s?
