Combined Ratings Table Versus Calculator

Rate this question

NavyWife

Question

Can someone help me figure this out. I'm getting 2 different numbers when I enter ratings into the combined ratings table versus the ratings calculator.

80 plus 70 plus 10 on the combined rating table, I'm getting 100%.

80 combined with 70 gives 94,

then 94 combined with 10 gives 95,

which rounds up to 100%.

But on the ratings calculator, it says 94.6% with a rounded number of 90%.

NavyWife,

The cite is 38 cfr 4.25 not 4.125. My error.

K9MAL,

Using your percentage figures, I came up with a 95 rounded to 100% combined rating.

Should be 100%.

However, if we cannot count on the raters to get more simple things correct, how can we count on them to get the crazy VA rating table correct?

K9MAL,

Using your percentage figures, I came up with a 95 rounded to 100% combined rating.

Thank you. I wasn't quite sure how to work it by hand with that crazy number chart.
