That being the case, Statutory Housebound (SMC S (1) which requires a Single SC at 100% and additional SC or SC's that have a CSC independent of the 100% SC equal 60%, is currently off the table. What evidence did you supply supporting an A & A Award? Did you have a Dr., VA or Private, complete the VA A & A application Medical Statement? Are you receiving SSDI? With your New 100% MH Rating, there is no limitation on yearly Earned Income or the need to report same. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
