  1. That is what I am refering to. Thanks for the info. Anybody have a guess on if it might get here before the holidays. My GA state rep signed off on it on friday morning.
  2. Is there a certain day retro deposits come? From my research everyone seems to be getting a check deposited Fri. or Sat. is that the standard?
  3. TY for the well wishes. It would be nice if it came before the holidays.
  4. I was just awarded SC and % for a first time claim. It was pushed under hardship and my state claims counselor told me he signed off on it Friday morning. From what I understand he is the 3rd and final signature. I live literally an hour from the VARO. I have DD set up (I think. I called the 1-800# and set it up last week) What are my odds of getting something deposited by Christmas? Is it true they only deposit on a Saturday (or other certain day) so if I didnt get it today it wont be untill after the 1st because christmas is next sat?
  5. My husband filed a claim in Jan 2010. On his 3rd Therapist for PTSD (now with a reffered pvt. PTSD specialist) and as of Nov. 5 the claim was tagged ready to rate and suposedly yesterday the ratings lady requested his file. We are about to loose our home, vehicles, utilities, etc. Santa is "having trouble with his sleigh and coming late"( In all the years helping with Toys for Tots we never expected our children to be in need of such a program). We read on here about a hardship and filed our eviction notice with the claims counselor today. I called the TAP line and informed them of the new therapists statements regarding the exam and her contact info. I was crying so im not sure exactly what she did but she said she will get the info to someone. I Emailed our claims counselor and asked how long it takes to process the hardship and how long after that the claim will be solved. He did not reply. Does anyone know? He said it should be finnished "before maturing to 12 months" but due to his new therapy schedule of 2+ times a month he is missing a lot of work and through further unforseen circumstances we face dispossesory action on the 10th. We are not looking for a handout by any means just help suplementing his lost income from therapy. Also in a PTSD claim is only the one QTC appointment considered in a rating? ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME!!!!!
