She received her Decision Letter & back pay in her bank account the same day.
They told her regular payments will start this month. Definitely relieves some stress!

Good catch Buck. Your right. It was so long ago she forgot. Good luck with your wife's situation as well.
After lawyers fees she has a good chunk of change coming. Approx. 18K. Nothing like a forced Gov't savings account.

I just wish someone would give an honest answer instead of making
stuff up & changing it on the fly. They should just tell people " We
don't have a clue what is going on with your claim !"

Don't feel bad Vern,
I filed an NOD in Nov. 2012 & it has showed pending on E Benifits ever since I filed.
I get the same canned response when I send Iris requests. Its no fun playing in their
park when the game is rigged.
