  1. Doctor asked me durimg my exam is I got compensation for my workers comp claim, I told her yes. She said im going to report this an that they were going to take my money back! Injured right knee in military an 20 yrs later same knee was injured when I was working. Ive done nothing wrong how can she report that an they take back my money? Surgery was required because of the injury from work on the same knee (2010). Ive had to have another surgery last sept (2014) through Va an now have to have a total knee replacement. any thoughts on the what the doctor said an should I be worried about them taking money back? Any input will be helpful.

Thanks for your response, what was crazy she just read about the avasical necrosis, an said how painful this condition was. I lifted my arm as much as I could but when she pushed my arm completely over my head I just was shocked, mad an in alot of pain. Also can you help me understand how she was going to report that I recieved money for a workers comp claim an they were going to start taking money back. What the hell, my right knee was injured in the military an 20 yrs later I hurt it again at work. How can she even make a call like that? Was really confused about everything.

  3. Winston Salem Nc Va a Dr.Dyal. Im still in pain. I had surgery on my right knee when i hurt it at work an it was in my medical records about the surgery. I told her the truth about the compensation wasnt nothing to lie about it, but when said she was going to report it an they will start taking my money away I couldn't believe it. I will file a complaint. Thanks

  4. I had my exam today an it was horrible. I have avasical necrosis in left shoulder which is very painful. Doing the exam she told me to lift my arm which as much as I could, she then stated.that she had to move my arm an she force my arm above my head. I scream in pain an started crying an she said "im so sorry i didnt mean to do that" wtf! She apologized several times stating that she didnt mean to do that. She then question me about a workers comp injury to my righr knee an asked.me if I had gotten compensated I told her yes an she said im going to report this an you will have money taken back I said wrf! My right knee was injured in the military an this workers comp was 20 yrs later an has nothing to do with my sc condition with my right knee. Please tell me what actions I can take. Ive been in so much pain since the exam both physically an mentally. Thanks for any input.

  5. Thanks every one responses, i really appreciate it.

Broncouvet you bring up some good points about filing cause i can say its not chronic like the others stated. I was surpised about the finding from the mri an when I received my health records I saw all of the severe sinus infection I had but it was long ago so I was wondering if I could make a claim after all this time. Right now I have a c n p exam july 9th for tui so i will concentrate on that. Good luck to all.
