Just got this from the Manila VA Clinic- Good morning Mr. *******, Finally I received the feedback/instruction from FMP with regards to the claim that we referred in reference to your Chiropractor treatments. The FMP instructed to resend the claim for October treatments with individualized receipt and bills. Please also include the associated medical report ( which you initially provided). Hope sir this will settle the payment issue from the medical expenses that you've paid.

"There are two claims at issue, May and October, which were purchased as package deals to SAVE money. So, you mean to tell me that I need to submit 49 receipts and bills? ARE YOU KIDDING?" The VA never ceases to amaze me.
