skunk i just sent them a letter from a social worker to state what was going on in my house whith my not being able to work an sent them a copy of the default letter from the morgtage people an that was it in a few weeks i got it approved an that was that

bva stated to th ro to look at the m/d an c&p me for the m/d state as likley or not and do it quickly i did have a stressor letter an it was confirmed

bipolar ptsd major depression b/p denied m/d remanded ptsd awared

to whom will my claim for ptsd was granted major depression was remanded back to ro what happens now

berta the bva told the ro to send me to a c/p an state likely more than likely or not i was granted ptsd by the bva

just got my award letter from ssdi it states deppression an anxiety is the fault. my ptsd /bipolar file is at the bva on some judges desk is it to late to send or can it be sent to my a/l rep to pass along to the judge.

in response to what i am filing for ptsd an b/p with depressive dissorder. i have since filed since i was disch back in 89 no treatment in svc only a documented request that was not adressed. i have a stressor letter from my commander an his saftey ncoic. i was exposed to a horriffic problem on a firing range an six month later i was being process out of scv was no longer fit for military svs having just reuped for 6 yrs then kicked out. the treating diagnoses is what i stated on last post that is what i got from a wk on the 4 floor from treating dr.claim was filed in 04 it is now on some judges desk at the bva awaiting a judgement.

got a call from american legion rep that was handling my ptsd an svc connection for bipolar affective dissorder with depression. I have a diagnoses from my dr stating axis 1 depressive disorder nos h/o ptsd. axis 2 defered .axes 3 htn, asthma, gerd. axis 4 moderate. axis 5 gaf at discharge 54. started claim in 04 had a ptsd c/p back in 06 could not give alot on info because i could not tell time an dates or the person or person. finaly found my company commander he must to had a log sent me every thing from a/z. i have since sent it in. tha a/l rep stated that i have everything except for a nexus i will have to have another c/p for a concreate nexus statement.

i was chaptered out of the svc in 89 went in at 81 i have since learned that i had went through a horrifick experince of which caused alot of problems for me.i have filed for ptsd in 2004 .can i file a cue claim or request for a eed when they chpt me out of the svc if they assept my claim for svc connection ptsd

claim for ptsd biplor disorder with depression sofar i have in med recor. from va dr,sthis is from the ssoc the med rec from nc dept of health an vmac each presented a diagnosis of ptsd with major depressive dissorder an a c&p in 2006 that diagnosed with major depressive dissorder however none of the med evdince links this to the miltary. so both have been denied. but in the ssoc the buddy statmebts i sent were not notted in the ssoc as evidence , so i have re sent it an am waiting called the 800 number today the state that i am sertified to have a vidio hearing now. how did they not see the two buddie statments that i have sent in twice now that link to the stressior that they claim that they can not find ,one is from my company commander an tha other is from the company saftey ncoic that was there along with my commander. i hope i have given enough now also i have 10% for my knee derrangement sc
