  1. Yes, that is correct Dean. I read another post on here earlier, that was about the DAV and how the Service member lived near the VARO and could keep a very watchful eye, and hand carry claims,Nods and appeals to them. He stated he caught them trying to send an NOD to BVA after he asked for a DRO. It sounded so familiar. Guess thats why I am still at the BVA today. I also asked for a DE Novo Review. Never happened.

  2. This is what I got from Ebenefits today.....and it still waiting to go to the VLJ per BVA ombudsmen. Does this sound right? My Timeline...

  3. I received in the mail today a brown envelope from VA. I looked at the post mark, and it said Claysburg,Pa. I thought that to be weird, but I opened it and it was a Veterans Health Benefit Handbook, a letter from Va telling me how pleased they were to be able to present me a personalized Veterans Benefits Handbook, also a form 4107VHA, (something to do about my rights to appeal our decision). So anyway, I checked benefits and my appeal is still with the VLJ. Has anyone else received this in the mail???or am I paranoid?

  4. Can or has anybody done this...Ask your Primary Care Physician for an IMO. Also, has anyone had there Primary care Physician fill out C&P worksheet? I have had the same Dr. since 2005 (my first visit with the VA) so I would think he would know better than a physicians assistant that doesn't speak english. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok, I realize that some of this question should have been posted in C&P exam, apologies.
