  5. I have a list of Medical code numbers XXXX used by the VA to denial of my claims. Where do I look within VA system to get code definition? Thanks Ken
  6. I have found several plain white / no print pages mixed within my "C" File. The flashing alarm light comes on "Could I have missing data" or is this a common problem within VA coping process? Thanks again for any replies Ken
  7. Pete53 I did not ask for and increase, but at my hearing levels would I qualify? Thanks Ken
  8. My question is why was an increase not included when I had the test a few months ago? I do not know where the VA draws the line in sand for hearing lost Thanks Ken

  10. FYI Update It has taken 76 days from request date to recieve date
  11. It has been two years since I filed my 21-526. In August 2009 I files my NOD. In August 2009 I requested a copy of my "C" file and still waiting? My local VSO is no help he is appointed by the county government board, family connection. An Attorney told me that I should not use any of my state political aids, that would just red flag my file and slow it down. This has been a very discouraging process and even more difficult to stay motivated to push your claims. Thanks for any replies Ken1
  12. In my case I have severe Peripheral Neuropathy in 1964 being 18 years old you just lined up for all the injection. Thanks for the replies Ken
  13. As I zig zag this VA claim process and benefits of information it just occurred to me today I do not have a copy of my Immunization record. I was in the Army 1964 ~ 1967 any hidden benefits or useful information within these records? I have requested a copy but wanted your input. Thanks for any replies Ken
  14. FYI Without my NCV/EMG my problems with peripheral neuropathy in all four limbs would have been missed. This helped my case to be awarded SSAD in back to 2005. I have been attempting to get a 1969 VA Claim reopened for lower back pains budging disc that created some problems n my legs. Move follow to the test it would only help and not hurt your claim Just MHO Ken
  15. Time to wait, the Rich in Everett, WA I left voice mail. The Rich in Spokane was in the Air Force. Thanks Ken
  16. Louis Thanks for the reply Rich was about 5 years older than me and I just hit 63 last month. He was drafted so his time in the Army was 2 years. Ken
  17. No know web site, we were in the 6th Army Training Center, FT Lewis, WA
  18. Looking for Rich Carpenter who was stationed at FT Lewis Washington 1966 ~67. He was originally from Washington state. I lost contact with him about 1982. He would be about 68 ~ 70 years old today Thank for any help Ken1
  19. I have a copy sometimes it is sign by Dr XYZ other times just a name that is the reason for my question. Thanks Ken1
  20. I was in the Army 1964 ~ 1967 when I went on sick call was my medical attendant a doctor or a nurse/enlisted medic? End of day was something missed by first medical review of my problem. Thanks Ken1
  21. A few years ago I was 80" tall now close to 79+" and now I am 63 years old Io both induction and separation medical exam list me as 79" I hurt my lower back in basic training even have a buddy statement. For 1 1/2 years I was a driver for an M60-A1 tank with the Tee Bar steering. I believe that the vibration and me being folded up in driver compartment added to some of my back problems. FYI, I could stand flat footed in the loaders area and look out the loaders hatch on top of turret. Was I to talk for tanks I think yes but @ 18/19 years old I had a blast Ken1
  22. Pete Thanks for the reply, I do not recall a waiver but If I did it should be in my "C file that I have requested a copy. Thanks Ken1
  23. In 1964 when I entered the Army I was measured at the height of 79” an my medical records but was actually 80” tall. Does anyone know what the maximum height was in 1964 for a solider to enter Army? During my 3 year tour the old cots/beds were always to short. Since I have a budging disc I want to include my height exceeded the Army’s max height as a condition that aggregated my disc problem. Thanks for any replies Ken1
