If it is the 1st of the month that would make it 31 December, but I am pretty sure that is the date you get your December check and 31 January is when you get your January check. Sgt eve Posted December 21, 2007 Author Share Posted December 21, 2007 I get mine direct deposited on the 1st of every month unless it falls on a Sat or Sunday but I'm wondering since Jan 1 is a holiday will it be deposited Dec. 31st (or is that considered a holiday) or the Jan 2. However, with direct deposit most banks, at least the good ones, release the funds on the day before. Most consider 2 P.M. to be the next business day.
