Flores-if the private Neuro is treating you for what the 70% is for- and you feel comfortable telling him -I sure would not hesitate to-

because he might be able to give you an Independent Medical opinion that would help your claim.

With the 70% what did VA say as to TDIU when they made that award and why they didnt grant TDIU at that time?

Did you formally apply for TDIU yet (321-8940 form)

same amount of comp as 100% SC award.

The VA would probably ask for his treating records anyhow for an increase and those records might help you quite a bit.

They have to consider the side affects if the SC meds too in a TDIU decision.

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Be careful here, think it through.

My Civ. orthepedic dr. objected to being called a "disability doctor". Fortunately his earler comments were great and were accepted by the VA as credible evidence, with rationale.
