No surprise cause they are short staffed and the people who work in some of these critical units have a real bad attitude.Used to be like that in Dallas but things have changed and the employees are much friendlier and caring to Veterans. In Dallas the whole thing turned around when the old Administrator left for some reason.

How inappropriate for that VA Medical Center to have the name "Audie Murphy" appended to it.
