Bva Judge Has Reviewed My File?

I just called and spoke with the Director's office at the BVA.

The Judge has reviewed my file and now it has gone to

Para- Legal.

Anybody know what next and why?

I am loosing my mind over this claim.

I dont know what to think- seems like usual procedure-to me.

I didnt even know they had judges-but the final decisions are prepared by attorneys.

I am totally confused in this mess.

I called the BVA again, she said it went to the Judge the 14th and

received notice of the IME. He waited and the file went back to him

yesterday the 24th and now gone to Legal Team to work on.

If anyone has any ideal of what they doing, Please all comments

welcome.
