Berta
I am sorry Josephine- I dont know what to think- seems like usual procedure-to me. I didnt even know they had judges-but the final decisions are prepared by attorneys. GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted January 25, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 25, 2008 I called the BVA again, she said it went to the Judge the 14th and received notice of the IME. He waited and the file went back to him yesterday the 24th and now gone to Legal Team to work on. If anyone has any ideal of what they doing, Please all comments welcome. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted January 25, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 25, 2008 I suspect that para-legal helps write the opinion for the Judge. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
