Ricky
Don't know if one can establish direct email contact with him. If one desires to complain to such a high level offical, in my opinion, a letter would be the best approach. Just a thought
Ron II
Here is what I found in the Yellow Book for Government Agencies: LTG James Benjamin Peake, M.D., USA (Ret) Title: Secretary-Designate, United States Department of Veterans Affairs Address: 810 Vermont Avenue, NW, Room 1000, Washington, DC 20420 Telephone: (202) 273-4809 Facsimile: (202) 273-4877 Internet: www.va.gov Maybe you could send a fax to him... HadIt.com Elder Testvet Posted February 3, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 3, 2008 Principi use to answer his own e mail sometimes when Nicholson took over he didn't want to "hear from vets" so he had no access I use to contact an asministrative asst that worked in his office but given they have changed so much I don't know if they work in the same rooms anymore.....snail mail takes 3-4 weeks due to anthrax processsing for official mail all govt mail I think is still processed in Virginia fax is faster 100% SC P&T PTSD 100% CAD 10% Hypertension and A&A = SMC L, SSD a disabled American veteran certified lol "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step." Berta
Try BPeake@VA/gov or BenjaminPeake@VA.dov or BPeake at @va.me.gov- etc- I played around like this last year and finally got something through to Nichsolson- which he never responded to of course- Principi always responded directly to me. There are better ways to complain about the VA then trying to contact the Secretary. GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Ricky
I think Ron had the best ideal. Coupled with hard copy correspondence, a fax would be the most efficient method.
