HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted March 4, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 4, 2008 Just wanted to let everyone know the " Judge" at the BVA has made his decision and I have been assured the envelope was mailed out today. I was also told my claims file is boxed and on its' way to Hungtington, West Va. for its final rest. I made a few friends at the Directors office and was told this information. If it is success, I will post in that column. Always, Betty
HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted March 5, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 5, 2008 if they told you they are sending it back to be retired then they probably don't plan on you appealing it to COVA else why pay to send it back to the RO then back to DC again because it's the VA of course BEST WISHES for you Betty Testvet, The VA is probably planning to loose my file during its travels. Maybe that letter will be here Saturday and I can see what the Dear Judge has in mind for me. Always, Betty

HadIt.com Elder Josephine Posted March 6, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 6, 2008 Well it's about danged TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give 'em Hell Betty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P Free, I was told today I should receive my letter tomorrow at latest and my file was definitely sent out by United States Postal Service, March 4, 2008, but that it will take it 6 weeks to two months to make it to Hunginton, West Va. I swear I believe Forest Gump walked faster than that. How bad has our Postal System became? I ask the lady if the file was in the mail room and she said, no, it has definitely left D. C. for West Va. What a Hoot!!! Always, Betty
HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted March 6, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 6, 2008 Its not that it will take that long its the VARO mail room will let it sit for that long before they pass it to the appropriate Department. I got a full copy of my "C" File today 5 months after I asked for it. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
