Decision Letter Is On Its' Way From Judge

Just wanted to let everyone know the " Judge" at the BVA

has made his decision and I have been assured the envelope was mailed

out today.

I was also told my claims file is boxed and on its' way to

Hungtington, West Va. for its final rest.

I made a few friends at the Directors office and was told this

information.

If it is success, I will post in that column.

Always,

Betty

Popped in to see if Josephine was partying yet!

Free

Free,

No party yet. I know a little more. That darn letter should be here

tomorrow. I talked to the Director of BVA today and was told the

letter was mailed at 4:00 March 4th and should arrive Saturday.

She said my file was also mailed to Huntington, West Va at the same

time.

I know that the Judge made the rating, as several can see the first

page, but the second page is blocked on the computer.

No one can see it until Monday at earliest. New Privacy Law.

No one can see if the Judge placed the percentage on it or not or is

directing the DRO in Huntington to do this.

I will have to wait until I receive his letter to find out this info.

Sure hope it comes tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping in.

Always,

Betty

Pete I use to work for the Post Office the first thing I did was sign up for direct deposit after 17 years of watching the "check is in the mail" they told me, I saw that one way to many times, you should have seen the week they lost our paychecks they showed up 2 days late me I had a pay stub but the people that got checks just had to wait, I have had direct deposit for decades....between the Army the Post Office there was no way I was giving the VA a chance to mess me up on money

now they just do it on claims papers lol
