Decision Letter Is On Its' Way From Judge

Question

Just wanted to let everyone know the " Judge" at the BVA

has made his decision and I have been assured the envelope was mailed

out today.

I was also told my claims file is boxed and on its' way to

Hungtington, West Va. for its final rest.

I made a few friends at the Directors office and was told this

information.

If it is success, I will post in that column.

Always,

Betty

Ron :P

Thanks a bunch, Ron, sure hope it is postive. If not, I sure as heck

have a lot of friends.

I am blessed,

Always,

Betty

This will be an outstanding victory, and I am hoping you win everything you asked for in your claim. To win service connection after over 40 years is incredible. We are all pulling for you. If there is anyway you can find out before you get the letter let us know. I know you want to see it in black and white. No matter what happens don't give up.

John

John 999,

It was a " Miracle" to locate my " Psychiatric Records" silent in the St. Louis Archives for 40 years. I kept telling the VA about seeing those Psychiatrist, but they kept telling me there were no records. They didn't even ask for them.

Yes, I want the letter in black and white. I trust the ones I have spoken to, but still there is always that little bit of remembering the past of others.

I should have the letter by Saturday and I will definitely post it.

If it is a denial, with Dr. Crowley behind me, we will go into the courts with it.

Thanks a bunch,

Betty

if they told you they are sending it back to be retired then they probably don't plan on you appealing it to COVA else why pay to send it back to the RO then back to DC again because it's the VA of course BEST WISHES for you Betty
