Wednesday, President Bush signed into law H.R. 2528, the "Military Quality of Life and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act of 2006." This legislation appropriates funds for military construction and VA health care. The appropriation will provide $31.8 billion in discretionary funding for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

B) Is this going to be enough to meet veterans medical needs for 06?

since voc-rehab has more money I need to see if I can get my quality of life items funded before they go broke again.
