donews Posted April 11, 2008 Share Posted April 11, 2008 I do not know about your wait time, but I am in the same boat. I filed for a Hearing around March 16 2008, I just confirmed yesterday that it was pulled and put in someones hands to schedule a hearing, but thats where I am at. I filed for a hearing in march and was given a target date of September but that's indy and was told it could be sooner so if I were you if you have new evidence make sure you get it in ASAP!
