Jack
Has anyone used the Champva for TMJ disorder I have noticed that they will cover it with pre-authorization. My wife has; this problem and we have insurance through her work however they do not cover it and we have never used Champva before. Any input would be helpful Thanks Jack

HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted May 12, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 12, 2008 So they will not do the surgery for severe cases at ChampVA? If you jaw gets stuck you may need surgery to fix it. MY TMJ joint is just worn out. I had this problem since basic and the pugil sticks.
