Rating Increase Request Sent.

Good morning to all, I sent my letter for a increase on my rating certified mail on Dec 6th and got my

receipt on the 8th. At this time I am rated 50% service connected, injury to my lower back, and left and right

lower extremity's.DDD, lumbar spine L-4&5 effecting both legs.* I turned 55 on the 6th also*.

This happened in 1999, while deployed for "Allied Force".

My question's are, will they request another C&P, or just review my file and make a decission, or just reject it ???

Now that I am 55 years old, does that do me any good, in any ways concerning my claim?

I am getting CRDP with spouse, at $165 a month, does anyone know what it will be come 1 Feb. 06?

Being 55 might make it easier to get TDIU but it is iffy. If you get TDIU it will be easier to keep it since your are 55.
