My daughter who is almost 18 is with child .. She was either born slow as her mother had a bad drug habit or at 3 months she suffered a major car accident giving her over 100 stiches in the forhead area .. her mother was on the way to score.( she has been in special ed all her life.. and is not at the 6 grade level ))). after this accident we divorced and i received custody of my 1 year old daughter and 3 year old son , At 15 my daughter wanted to and was allowed to go to go live with her grandmother .. her mothers mother.. anyway she is PG and has not a clue on how to raise child .. Is it possible for me to adopt the baby and put the baby on my SSD ?? and do i need to do a formal adoption ... ??
