Claim Decision

Recieved 3 letters that claim is still be processed. Told that claim has been in rating board since Feb 08. What should i expect as far as time wise on a decision?

I would call the 800# get a hold of your Rep there and ask whats going on. We live in WI and I would call them 2x a week Tue. and Wed they where very informational on our claim, told us when it was done,what % and how much we were going to recieve, it took us 7 months.

Write down the month and year you filed your claim.

Contact the RO or VSO and ask them what month and year they are processing.

If it is your date, then it could be anytime. If it is less, It is usually takes 1 month do process 1 months worth of claims. They usually put you in line.
