Not easy to win a CUE claim in my opinion.

I feel that SOAR document provides us with information on ways

for VA to deny CUE claims, it shows lots of reason and basis for denial.

SOOOOOO, what does a tenacious vet do ---- use that very info. with the vets evidence to prove VA wrong.

Thanks! I might have alleged CUE in my latest NOD: what I did do was call it a "grievous error", but the VA will prolly call it CUE. STill learning and thanks for the info.! ~Wings
