Or do I have to request those details specially? thanks, Cg
william n
Cg, Howdeeee...as far as i know you can got too the local SS office and get that info. Did you receive a copy of all your records on disc from them?? If not you can do that also. Peace, William
HadIt.com Elder cowgirl Posted September 30, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted September 30, 2008 William, thanks I'll ask for a disk. I looked over my application paperwork and it shows my health issues stacked in order (basically according to my sc % assignments). Sc issue just jumped up bigtime. Not sure if I have to present new info on it. Guess what I was asking is if the ssa has a detailed report on how they made thier decision so I can use that for IU NOD. Thanks pardner, Cg
william n
Cg, that report should be in your ss records.Disc will take awhile soooo, go too the SS Office and ask for all papers from SS Determination office. Look for anything that pertains too/from the SS Determination Office where your claim was handled. They send them(claims) out. My claim was filed in Clearwater,Fla., but was sent too Miami. Even though Tampa SSD Office is 23 miles from here. Peace, William
HadIt.com Elder cowgirl Posted September 30, 2008 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted September 30, 2008 Thanks again, will try to get to nearby office for 'determination' paperwork. The benefits letter simply states the date found disabled and how much money to be received monthly. Guess ssa's protective of health info, ok by me. Family and I are blessed to get ssdi first time round.
