Berta
Great Carlie- I used Merck and another Medical dictionary (MediLexicon) to prove a VA doctor didnt understand entries in med recs. Without medical dictionarys I would have never been able to get my FTCA /1151 awards. I would not have even known that I had basis for these claims. The medical symbols and abbreviations in med recs often have meanings that can alter a claim.
