JUST A SPOT CHECK LAWYER FEES I CAN SYMPHOTIZE WITH HIGH

POSTAGE AND MILEAGE SOMEWHAT.

WHAT IS APPRAIATE AT 20% RATE DO THEY ADD POSTAGE ,EXPENSES

FOR COPIES ,MILEAGE,TRAVEL,ECT.

30% AND ALL THAT COULD ADD UP PRETTY GOOD. I KNOW WE LIVE

IN A MORE EXPENSIVE ENVIORNMENT AND WANT TO TAKE THAT INTO

CONSIDERATION, YOU KNOW THEY CANT DO IT IF THEY DONT MAKE MONEY

AND YOU AWNT THE BEST YOU CAN GET.

HOPE THIS FONT I HAVE DOESNT SEEM LIKE I AM YELLING, I AM TRYING

NOT TO DO THAT ANYMORE

20 percent is all the lawyes are able to take and that is pro bono.

The contract I had for a FTC had mileage - phone calls - and postage, billed separetly.

Some lawyers fees do have caps at different percentages, depends on the type of case it is

and if the rewards reaped come from tax dollars.

From what I've always read and seen Pro Bono means no charge, volunteer work.
