HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted November 12, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 12, 2008 ltate90: Welcome to Hadit. Many Veterans have SSD and VA 100% and some have one and not the other and some have neither. If you use the resources of Hadit and you have PTSD and can't work you will probably get it also. Good Luck I am 100% for VA and I have SSD. It was a hard road to get the VA for me and SSD was actually pretty easy. My Disability is Panic Disorder with Major Depression. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted November 13, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 13, 2008 I was approved in less than 5 months by the person who worked for state of Texas. I know that people have problems with Social Security but it was pretty eay for me I filled out the paperwork went to three Docs for Social Security and they gave it to me pretty quickly. Actually going to the Judge can be a good thing cause they can go back farther than the regular people who approve of disprove. Good Luck
