Talked to my attorney today, told me he got my records from SSA and the determination for SSDI was 99,9%, based on PTSD. As we were speaking they were sending in the info to the VA for IU. Nothing is written in stone, but it was good to hear some positive news. Also, I think my hardship case for my co-pays with hte VA is waiting for approval. I should now something on that in the next week, hopefully. I would like to mention to anybody on disability. If you have real high credit card debt, read this and act on it. I have one card where I HAD a debt of 3500.00. Ok, I had payment protection insurance on the card. To make a long story short. I filed a claim and they paid the 3500.00 and my card is at zero balance and have the full 3500.00 credit back. That is awesome...If you have that on on any of your cards, look into it. Hope this helps a vet.
