Question

got something weird and i have not heard of before from ro something about

liberalising law change as i am asking for an earlier date on back-pay . i did not remember i had a claim in for nervous condition in 1971 and won aquired psychiatric in 2008. so i am going for my back pay to 1971 i dont give a damn if decision was final or not.

i have won the same thing i applied for in 1971here in 2008 and intend to follow this through to the supreme court as it is only right and fair to me .

what i am saying is bi-polar name did not exist back then schizo did and you can change the name of the disease but you cannot change the disease on paper.

i am really going for this earlier effective starting date on my bi-polar (sc)

award as i applied in 1971 for nervous condition and should be assumed

that bi-polar was the cause ,but was unknown at that time. should be the same

as one having a disease from agent orange applying for residuals and discovering

new disease.

i dont know exactly how to put it into words but i think i have something might work out in high court

Uh...Skunk...

I'm doing the same thing. I was considered as Under-rated as far back as 1976!

The reason why I'm pursuing this now, is because my constant mention of my atrophy, the inability to cross my S/C leg, and a slipped prosthesis. I was only awarded 10%!

I was entitled to a lot more than that.

I also have an 1151.

So, don't give up especially if it is listed in medical reports, and the RO or BVA ignored it. Milk these bastards for all you can!!!
