Berta
Ertle- if the BVA gave you oppotunity to respond with additional evidence and/or argument- you certainly could do this and also refer to all evidence they should have-I made sure I even sent this again to the AMC-where my remand went- as none of it was considered at all the RO for years but was mentioned in the BVA remand to be considered (-finally-) Also - is there any direction the BVA gave to the RO in the remand that is something you yourself could obtain? GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Berta
All you can do here is wait for that C & P Ertle- The BVA "granted PTSD" ? Do you have a stressor that has been proven already by VA or by you? Is the "more than likely" for a nexus statement that says your PTSD is more than likely due to your service?? GRADUATE ! HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted January 14, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 14, 2009 If the BVA granted SC for PTSD then the C&P exam is probably to get a percentage rating. I could not understand your response, Ertle, about what the BVA said regarding a grant of SC for PTSD. Were you SC'ed or not?
