The VA will only pay for one mental disorder last time I checked. What %'s did you get? What was your GAF that they used?

Ertle- did the remand state exactly what the BVA wants the VA to do next?

Is this something that you yourself could do?

Or was this remanded for another C & P?

Or a better VCAA letter?

what I meant by saying can you do this yourself- was this-

did the BVA ask the RO to verify your stressor?

Do you have proof of the stressor already?

Can you get a buddy statement if you need one?

bipolar ptsd major depression b/p denied m/d remanded ptsd awared

So:

Bi-Polar was Denied

MDD (Major Depression) was Remanded

PTSD was Awarded

Is this correct?

1. What was their reason in denying the Bi-Polar?

2 What was the Remand for, what did they instruct the Regional Office to do?

3. Congradulations on the "Award". If you don't mind me asking, what percentage did they "award"?
