racemech Posted March 17, 2009 Share Posted March 17, 2009 Nothing new on my 100% Convalescent claim, but... My VA doctor released me to go back to work 3/13/09. I went to my employer with the paperwork, which had physical limitations included. These limitations will keep me from performing my original occupation PERMANENTLY. What do I do now? I'm lost... Done wit this Posted March 17, 2009 Author Share Posted March 17, 2009 I would wait until my award of the Temp 100% then apply after I get it for an increase based on what you said here in this post ..Wait until you get the help of the temp 100% so it dosn't hold that up any longer..put another claim on the table and it will be a longer wait..
