pipeman043
Now that would be outstanding news! My claim has been remanded and returned so many times I was beginning to think it's not a claim file but really just another ping-pong ball. Seriously though, my claim has been "stuck" at the AMC since July 2007. The AMC email people must know my name by heart by now, not that it makes any difference. I am hard pressed to believe that some of the bodies down there even know HOW to tell the truth let alone answer any question with an honest, truthful response <_< If you can't be good....be careful! Berta
If a veteran files an Iris as a Complaint-I believe it is documented at VACO and then sent to the RO or specific place the complaint involves.I am sure there is some sort of accounting for complaints via Iris. I dont see how or why the VA would document a data base of phone calls. GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted February 17, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 17, 2009 Well the only thing that really freaks out the VA is publicity so you might consider picketing with a nice sign in front of the VA. Best to do it on a public road like at the entrance. I guartantee that you will not be there long before someone will come out to see you. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
