Today I received a call from the senior Counselor and the Man Told me that My Earlier Effective Date was Granted ..Thats back to 1994.... But they are still working on the Percentages on Both Shoulders to complete the Claims.I sent in Two - IMO's for the "percentages Appeals" one from my family Doctor and One complete Medical Evaluation from a specailist - Orthopedic Doctor with MRIs..The Doctors Opinions were much higher the the VA,s .. Makes Me feel better Knowing that they Granted the EED

if you don't get to the 50 %, (which I feel you will)

any co-pays to include RX'd meds that were for your now SC'd disabilities.

Finance should have record of anything you've ever been billed or you've paid.

You have to remember to take into consideration

that whatever date they go by for your award, you are

also entitled to extra dependent pay from as far back

as VA grants you 30% SC or higher.

If you haven't filled out and submitted a 21-686c you

will need to do this.

I would let that retro check hit the bank first though.

Do you get direct deposit from VA ?

Whats a 21-686c? -- I have 5 kids well 4 now right up till last year 5

Let me see when I filed there was 2 then a year later 3 then two years later another then three years later another..Now I am Done I figured out what was causing that...

Love them all more then life itself...

Also check here to find out with your new rating

if you are eligible for additional state benefits, like

maybe a break on residential property taxes, etc...

Unless the sheddergatted Them ??????????? I sent them with the Lost SMRs. when they were sent to me By the Angles at the National records Center in feb of 2006..They were lost' " The SMR's "--in my file... right.......WTF.

Now here I am Hoping the VA does there Job

It is common for some reason these days for the VA to confirm the dependents and marital status these days Rick. Even when they have all of the info.

They even asked me if I had re-married-

I say WTF every time I get something from the VA.
