Iris As A Tool

Question

It was recommended that I e mail IRIS, and they responded in Five Days.

There answers all my questions,

They didn't have any information at all, it was a total, we don't know and we are forwarding your question to the ROA, whoever that is.

At lease I know, there is someone at the other end

100% PTSD

20% right ankle

20% left ankle

10% Right Knee

20% Right Shoulder

10% Tinnitus

You can request that your IRIS inquiry answer is answered via phone.

I know that the vet doesn't have a written record of the conversation, but one could figure a way around this.

I have been fortunate I guess, I have never had to wait over 48 hours for a response.

There were quick, but had no information at all.

They had my medical records at one time, I know that for a fact

But now they say they can retrieve them, what a mess

Well, at least they were honest. I would rather have them say they dont' know, than make stuff up.

If you talk to IRIS via phone, afterwards you can access a recap of the call. Pretty slick.

Eric, That is real slick!

I didn't know about being able to get a copy an IRIS inquiry that was done by phone.

I want to see how long they keep a record.

Thanks for that.
