Trying To Retain Lawyer

Question

i have already sent in nod and form nine and have just sent in paperwork for lawyer to review to see if he will take my case.

i hope i put enough info on nod to have my claim reviewed ,i do not know.i just cannot go through what i went through before doing it all by myself and having these service orgs , just going through the motions and not really doing a damn thing.

I totally agree with you, we did the same thing, the lawyer is great, but it still is taking

a long time, good luck with your case

well time is all i got and if i can prove i am right it will be well worth the time. i know how they operate now, so i do not have high expectations for a short decision.

but i believe i was beat out of a lot of retro and will stick to them like gorilla glue.
